An overhaul of a Victorian terraced house in Clapham Old Town.

 

A basement was dug under the existing property and a contemporary extension added to the rear ground floor level, which houses a stylish split level kitchen/dining room. On the first floor, an office ‘pod’ was added to the rear, featuring a seamless glass bonded junction that provides panoramic views of the garden.

 

Design features in the showstopping bespoke kitchen include polished concrete flooring, slate worktops, a copper effect cantilevered drinks cabinet and an electronically operated wrap-around rooflight.
