A complete refurbishment and rear extension of a large, lateral ground floor apartment, located on one of Holland Park’s most exclusive roads.
As well as incorporating luxurious natural materials such as bespoke stone basins and timber flooring, the project also required skilful structural alteration techniques, to avoid affecting the apartments above.
The stunning contemporary extension, which features seamless structural glazing, steel and zinc, leads onto a stylish landscaped patio garden designed by Luciano Giubbilei.
Holt successfully coordinated the architect, interior designer, lighting designer, landscape architect and audio visual consultants to deliver a truly exceptional project in this prime London location.
